The 2011 Cornell Sheep & Goat Symposium will be held Saturday, October 29, 7:45 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Morrison Hall on the campus of Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
The symposium will feature simultaneous programs for commercial and small farm dairy and meat producers with speakers from Cornell University and the University of Wisconsin.
There will be special sessions for FAMACHA certification, on-farm necropsies, and other topics. Pre-symposium hands-on practicals will be held on Friday, October 28, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Cornell Sheep farm in Harford, New York.
