If you missed Dr. Kuber's
excellent presentation at the goat field day, you'll have another chance to see it. Dr. Kuber will give a similar presentation during
Delaware Ag Week. He will fabricate a goat carcass into cuts, prepare samples of chevon for tasting, and discuss potential (qualitly) grading standards for goat carcasses.
His presentation is scheduled for Tuesday, January 18, 2011, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. It will be held in the Exhibit Hall Board Room at the
Delaware State Fairgrounds in Harrington, Delaware.
