The Annual Pennsylvania Performance-Tested Ram Lamb and Meat Goat Buck Sale will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday August 7th at the Sam Hayes Livestock Evaluation Center in Pennsylvania Furnace, PA (near State College, PA). The sale will include an invitational ewe and doe sale.

Field Day
The sale is being held in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Sheep and Goat Field Day. The speaker for the field day is Dr. Christopher Raines from Penn State University. Dr. Raines will talk about lamb and goat meat cuts, yields, and products.
In addition, a Shepherd's Quiz Bowl, open to shepherds of all ages, will be held at 11 a.m. Registration is from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Contact Laurie Hubbard at (814) 355-4215 to pre-register teams for the quiz bowl.
