For technologically-advanced producers, the American Sheep Industry Association (ASI) is now transmitting through Twitter. To receive messages from ASI, simply set up a Twitter account and choose to accept messages from www.twitter.com/SheepUSA.
Twitter is a real-time short messaging service that works over multiple networks and devices. It allows people to follow stories from sources most relevant to them and to access information via Twitter when it happens -- from breaking world news to updates from ASI. Communications must be less than 140 characters in length.
