USDA-inspected slaughter facilities

The Meat, Poultry, and Egg Product Inspection Directory is a listing of establishments that produce meat, poultry, and/or egg products regulated by USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) pursuant to the Federal Meat Inspection Act, the Poultry Products Inspection Act, and the Egg Products Inspection Act.

lambing processing plant in BaltimoreThe directory is updated monthly, and the current edition replaces all previous editions. The directory is available in two formats: alphabetically by establishment name and numerically by establishment number.

Data is accurate as of the date the report was generated. All changes that have occurred or have been processed after the date of this report will appear in the next edition of the directory. If an establishment's grant date occurred after the date the data was pulled, it will appear in the next edition of the directory.
