About 60 consigners brought 25,151 pounds of wool to the Maryland Wool Pool on June 13, 2012.
At the pool, the wool was sorted into five grades (or classes): 1) Choice white-face, 2) medium white-face, 3) coarse white-face, 4) non-white-face, and 5) short. Wool prices were slightly below last year.
